YEGNY
YEGNY, born Choi Ye Geun (최예근) on January 15, 1997, is an independent South
Korean singer-songwriter from Seoul. She debuted as a solo artist on April 20,
2012, with the digital single "못살 것 같다." In addition to her solo career, YEGNY
is also a member of the band Need to Pray. She gained early recognition in 2012
and 2013 as a contestant on the SBS survival show K-pop Star 2, where she
reached the top 8. Later, in 2020 and 2021, she competed on the JTBC show Sing
