Rock singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Wang Feng was born in
Beijing, China on June 29, 1971. Along with his solo career, he is best-known as
the founder and leader of No. 43 Baojia Street and for composing the soundtrack
for 2001’s Beijing Bicycle. His musical journey began at the age of 5 when he
began practicing the violin at his father’s insistence and even attended the
Central Conservatory of music when he was 11. However, he didn’t truly connect
