Uaral
Uaral, a Chilean folk, depressive black metal, and doom metal duo from Curicó,
was formed in 1996 by Aciago and Caudal. The group's name originated from an
encounter with an old man who taught them guitar, singing, and poetry during
their childhood. Their debut studio album, Sounds of Pain…, was released in 2005
under Octagon Music Group. Two years later, they released their second and final
studio album, Lamentos a poema muerto. The group remained largely anonymous,
with their music distributed by Octagon Music Group in Chile and Lost Horizon
