Vengarán was formed in Montevideo in 1991 by singer Guillermo Peluffo,
guitarists Hugo Díaz and Ignacio Guasch, bass player Marcelo Abreu, and drummer
Guillermo Perazzo. Heavily influenced by groups like AC/DC, Sex Pistols, and
Beastie Boys, as well as by the first wave of hardcore punk bands, they made
