Tomato n' Pine was a Japanese J‑pop idol group formed in Tokyo on 4 April 2009, originally comprising Yui Koike and Jun Kanaki, both born 4 April 1991. The duo had previously been semi‑finalists in the 2008 Miss Magazine contest and shared a common birthday with the group’s launch date. After Jun Kanaki paused her activities for studies in mid‑2009 and departed in spring 2010, Hinako Kusano and Erika Wada joined, expanding the group to three members.
