Theocracy
American Christian progressive power metal group Theocracy was established in
2002 by Matt Smith, hailing from Athens, Georgia. Originally a solo endeavour,
with Smith handling all instrumental and vocals, the band’s eponymous album was
released on January 1, 2003, incorporating a sound that tempered power metal
with progressive influences, which resonated with Christian metal fans,
