Rootless was a Japanese rock band active from 2009 to 2015. Initially formed as
The ROOTLESS, the band performed live in Tokyo’s local venues and on the streets
before making their major debut. Their breakthrough came on October 20, 2010,
with the release of "One day", which was chosen as the theme song for the anime
One Piece. Prior to its official release, the song was made available on
RecoChoku on August 8, debuting at No. 3 on the daily ranking. It later secured
