The Retuses, a Russian indie folk rock group originating from Zelenograd, was
formed in 2007 by Mikhail Rodionov and Kirill Nazarov. Rodionov began his
musical journey at a young age, initially taking guitar lessons before
continuing as self-educated musician. His early influences included Beirut and
Alexandre Vertinski. In 2009, The Retuses released their debut album Echo under
