The Posies are one of the jewels in the crown of American power pop in the
1990s. Immortalized by their college rock hit "Dream All Day " in 1993, the
Seattle band, fronted from the start by Jon Auer (vocals, guitar) and Ken
Stringfellow (guitar, keyboards, vocals), went on to release a string of
landmark albums in American alternative rock, including Amazing Disgrace in 1996
and Success in 1998. After several breaks, The Posies were reborn in the 2000s,
