Formed in San Francisco, California just as the British Invasion began
dominating the American charts in 1964, the Beau Brummels was founded by Sal
Valentino (vocals), Ron Elliott (lead guitar), Ron Meagher (bass), John Peterson
(drums), and Declan Mulligan (rhythm guitar). Discovered by founders of the
Autmn Records label, the Beau Brummels mixture of folk-rock and British beat
music was further enhanced by early production work by Sylvester Stewart, who
