Born in Singapore on August 18, 1983, Tay Kewei is a pop and jazz
singer/songwriter who has recorded songs in English, Chinese, and Japanese. In
the very early stages of her singing career, she was a contestant on the
televised talent competition show Project SuperStar, but ultimately withdrew to
focus on her work as a background and duet vocalist for Chinese pop stars. She
independently released the KEEP! EP - featuring keyboardist Lee Ein Ein – in
