Formed in March 1998 under the direction of Claudio Juárez, Tambó Tambó quickly
established itself as a cornerstone of Argentina's cumbia santafesina scene.
With lead vocalist Diego Mujica at the helm, the group debuted with their
self-titled album Tambo Tambo in 1998, featuring the standout track "El
Perdedor," a duet with Marcelo "Chino" González of La Nueva Luna. The following
