Sy Oliver
Sy Oliver began learning music at a very early age, with the help of his
parents, who were both teachers in the field. He went through several bands,
often being the youngest of the musicians, who teased him by calling him
"professor" or "Sy", a contraction of "psychologist", another of his nicknames.
