Supercell (stylised as supercell), are a Japanese pop-rock group who formed in 2007 and initially gained traction through the use of the Hatsune Miku Vocaloid singing synthesizer for their songs on the Nico Nico Douga video sharing site. The group were steered by musician and songwriter Ryo, with other members contributing illustrations for album booklets and music videos.
