Steve Forde, born 1977 in Cowra, New South Wales, Australia, is a country music
artist. He spent his early childhood moving across towns in NSW with his family
and began his career as a touring musician at the age of 18. In 2000, Forde
formed The Flange, releasing their debut album Livin' Right in May 2002. The
band's single "What I’m talking about" spent 26 weeks in the CMC top 20 and was
nominated for two categories at the Country Music Awards of Australia. Their
second album, Wild Ride, was recorded in Nashville and released in July 2004.
