Soviet Soviet
Soviet Soviet, a post-punk band from the Marche region of Italy, was formed in
2008 by Matteo Tegu on guitar, Alessandro Ferri on drums, and Andrea Giometti on
bass and vocals. The group released their first two EPs, No Title and Soviet
Soviet, in 2009, which garnered critical acclaim including a review from
Pitchfork. In 2010, they released a split EP with Frank (Just Frank). Their
debut album, Summer, Jesus, was released by Tannen Records in 2011 and reissued
