Solange Almeida, born in Alagoinhas, Bahia on August 29, 1974, built a
remarkable career in forró, first gaining national recognition as the lead
vocalist of Aviões do Forró, where she spent 14 years alongside Xand Avião.
Before joining the group in 2002, she performed with several bands, including
