Shane Profitt
An American country singer from Columbia, Tennessee, Shane Profitt grew up
within an hour's drive of Nashville. His grandfather gifted him an acoustic
guitar for Christmas when Shane was a teenager, and he began making trips to
Nashville after his high school graduation to play local shows. While eating
dinner in town one night, he fellow country star Chris Janson. The two became
friends, and Jason signed Profitt — still a relatively new songwriter at the
time — to a publishing deal. The two became sharing shows together, as well,
