Sarah Washington
Sarah Washington, born Sarah Warwick in England, emerged as a British pop,
electronic dance and hi-NRG singer. She first gained attention as the lead
vocalist of the house-pop ensemble Souled Out (originally Sold Out), who
released the 1991 album The Magic of the Language of Music in Effect and several
well-received singles within the dance community. In the early 1990s, after
