Delonte Drumgold, born on April 12, 1994, in Washington, D.C., is an American
R&B singer and songwriter known professionally as rum.gold. Growing up in the
DMV area, he began singing in church choirs and later played trumpet in
high‑school jazz ensembles before studying music business at Berklee College of
Music. After moving to Brooklyn in 2016, he released his debut EP yaRn in 2019,
followed by aiMless in 2020, which featured the collaboration "Waiting For" with
