The French rapper Rémy was born Rémy Camus in Aubervilliers, Seine-Saint-Denis on August 11, 1997. He began writing rap lyrics at the age of eleven and, after completing his high school education, began to concentrate on building a career in music. He was spotted by the rapper Mac Tyer, who gave the young hip-hop artist his first break by allowing him to guest on his album Banger 3 (2017).
