One of the UK's most respected rock vocalists, Scotsman Ray Wilson was the voice behind Stiltskin, Scotland's post-grunge answer to Nirvana and best known for their 1994 UK number one Inside, used as with great effect in a Levi 501 TV ad campaign. Upon Phil Collins' departure from Genesis in 1996, Wilson was approached by Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford and in June 1997 was recruited as the band's new lead vocalist featuring on the album Calling All Stations released later that year.
