Rage
The German band Rage was founded in 1984 under the name Avenger. Since then,
bassist and singer Peter "Peavy" Wagner has been the head of the band. The
representatives of power metal provide their audience with a new album almost
every year, from Reign of Fear (1986) and Perfect Man (1988) to Speak of the
Dead (2006), Strings to a Web (2010) and The Devil Strikes Again (2016). In
their long career, Rage have released more than 20 albums full of speed and
progressive metal, sometimes peppered with elements of speed and death metal.
