Player, an American rock band, was formed on November 15, 1976, in Los Angeles,
California. The group consisted of Ronn Moss (bass, vocals), Peter Beckett
(guitar, vocals), JC Crowley (keyboard, guitar, vocals), and John Friesen
(drums). Before forming Player, the members had various musical experiences;
Moss had played in local bands since his teenage years, while Beckett had moved
