Piper Rockelle Smith (born in Georgia, U.S.A on August 21, 2007), known as Piper
Rockelle, is an American actress, musician, and TikTok artist. Entering several
beauty pageants by the age of 5 years old, Piper was no stranger to publicity
and at 10 began to upload videos on mobile app Musical.ly (now TikTok) and
