Pillow Queens
Pillow Queens, an Irish indie rock band from Dublin, formed in 2016. Founded by
Sarah Corcoran and Pamela Connolly, the group aimed to unite four queer women,
later joined by Cathy McGuinness and Rachel Lyons. Their debut demo EP Calm
Girls (2016) launched their journey, followed by festival appearances and
performances alongside artists like Pussy Riot and Idles.
The band released State of the State in 2018, paving the way for their
critically acclaimed debut album, In Waiting (2020), celebrated for its
