Onda Vaga, a Uruguayan-Argentinian music group formed in 2007 in Cabo Polonio,
Uruguay, is known for their blend of folk with rumba, cumbia, reggae, and tango.
The band consists of Ignacio Rodríguez, Marcelo Blanco, Marcos Orellana, Tomás
Justo Gaggero, and Germán Cohen. Their debut album Fuerte y caliente was
