NOVELISTS
Novelists is a French progressive metalcore band formed in Paris in 2013 by
brothers Amael (drums) and Florestan Durand (guitar). They are joined by Matteo
Gelsomino (vocals), Nicolas Delestrade (bass) and Charles-Henri Teule (guitar),
from their previous band A Call to Sincerity. Their music is characterized by a
mix of djent, technical riffs, catchy melodies and alternating clear and growl
vocals. After several singles released in 2014, Novelists signed with the
Arising Empire label and released their debut album Souvenirs (2015), which
enabled them to make a name for themselve...
