Formed in Amsterdam in 1974, the Nits band has been at the forefront of
sophisticated pop for five decades. With a core group of musicians consisting of
Henk Hofstaede (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Robert Jan Stips (keyboards,
vocals), Alex Roelofs (bass) and Rob Kloet (drums), one of the international
critics' favorite bands has forged a highly artistic style, blending literary
