(Misako Uno)
Misako Uno is a Japanese pop singer known best as lead vocalist and dancer of
the performing arts group AAA. Born in Tokyo, she studied in Germany and England
and began performing while in high school. She appeared in Takashi Shimizu's
2008 horror film 'The Grudge 2' and the 2010 comedy 'Rendezvous'. Her single
releases include 'Doushite Koishite Konna' (2018), which went to number seven on
Japan's Oricon singles chart and 'Summer Mermaid' (2018), which reached number
eleven. Her 2019 track 'Mint' peaked at number 13.
