Mihimaru GT, a Japanese duo consisting of composer, lyricist, and vocalist Miyake, along with vocalist and lyricist Hiroko, came together through their shared management company. Their debut single, "Yakusoku" (Promise), released on July 30, 2003, only reached number 156 on the Oricon Top 200, however, follow-up single "Kaerōka" (released in April 2004) climbed significantly, peaking at number 32.
