Michelle McManus, born on May 8, 1980, in Glasgow, Scotland, is a singer who
rose to prominence through her victory on the second series of Pop Idol in
December 2003. Before her audition for Pop Idol, McManus lived in the Glasgow
district of Baillieston with her parents and sisters. Following her win, she was
signed to Sony BMG and released her debut single "All This Time" between late
