MC Cabelinho, born Victor Hugo Oliveira do Nascimento on January 28, 1996, in
Rio de Janeiro, grew up in the Cantagalo–Pavão–Pavãozinho complex in Copacabana
and began releasing music in 2016 with singles such as “16 Tá Aí” and “Voz do
