Markus Eino Fagervall, born on October 5, 1982, in Kiruna, Sweden, is a singer
known for his Middle of the Road and Pop music. Before his solo career, he was
the vocalist in the progressive rock band Liquid Scarlet. His breakthrough came
when he won Idol 2006, the third season of the Swedish version of Pop Idol, on
December 1, 2006. Following his victory, Fagervall released his debut single
"Everything Changes." His first album, Echo Heart, was released in 2006, and
achieved double platinum certification. In 2008, he participated in the Swedish
version of Dancing on Ice.
