The German rapper and singer Lune was born Mailan Ghafouri in Germany on
September 25, 2002. Her parents are Kurds and come from Iraq. They came to
Germany as war refugees in 1995. The artist grew up in Sinsheim in
Baden-Württemberg. In spring 2020, she took part in the online talent show
Keller sucht den Superstar and simultaneously published various singing videos
