Los Hispanos
Los Hispanos, a legendary Colombian tropical music group, was founded in
Medellín's San Joaquín neighborhood in 1964 by brothers Jairo and Guillermo
Jiménez. Initially performing under the name Sochi, the group began playing at
local events before evolving into Los Hispanos, embracing a unique blend of
cumbia, vallenato, and Latin rhythms. Their rise to fame began with early
recordings such as "Reina" and "Mi Valle," but true stardom came with the
