Lacrimosa
Lacrimosa is a music project founded in 1990. The head of the project is the
German-Swiss Tilo Wolff. The artist is supported vocally by Anne Nurmi. She also
plays keyboards. Initially, Lacrimosa's music was in the dark wave genre. In the
mid-1990s, the musical style shifted more and more towards symphonic metal. The
first demo album Clamor was released in 1990. The first albums Angst (1991),
Einsamkeit (1992) and Satura (1993) did not make it into the charts. It was not
until Inferno reached 81st place in 1995 that the band made its first chart
