Valentin Brunel aka Kungs is a French DJ and producer from Toulon, where he was
born on December 17, 1996. From the age of five, he played the djembe, then
discovered rock thanks to his music-loving father. An electro enthusiast, the
teenager produced numerous pirate releases and other unofficial remixes of his
idols, which he posted on social networks. These included tracks such as Bob
Marley & the Wailers' "Jammin'" and Lana Del Rey's "West Coast", a cover done
