Kojo Funds
London-based rapper Kojo Funds was born Errol Bellot in 1995 and is of mixed
Dominican and Ghanaian descent. He was raised by his mother in the East End of
London and initially built up his reputation as a rapper by making a series of
appearances on other artists' material. These included tracks such as 'Fantasy'
by Jamila Jones, 'Fine Wine' by Yxng Bane and most notably ' Finders Keepers',
the platinum-selling hit released by the Swedish- English singer Mabel in 2017
which helped Bellot receive a nomination for 'Best Newcomer' at the prestigious
MOBO Awards later that year.
