Kleeer was an American funk band from New York, formed in 1972 under the
leadership of Woodrow "Woody" Cunningham. Initially serving as a backing band
for The Choice Four, Kleeer consisted of Cunningham on lead vocals and drums,
Paul Crutchfield on percussion and keyboards, Norman Durham on bass, and Richard
Lee on guitar. After separating from The Choice Four in 1974, the group
underwent several name changes, including The Jam Band and Pipeline, before
