Mërgim Kida, who goes by the alter ego Kidda, was born on August 7, 1997 in
Gävle, Sweden. As the son of Kosovan parents, the rapper grew up in Malmö under
difficult social conditions, but found an outlet for channeling his emotions
early on in various sporting activities. Kidda also discovered his talent for
music as a teenager, constantly tinkering with beats and starting to write his
