Joyce Manor
Joyce Manor, an American indie rock band, was formed in Torrance, California, in
2008 by Barry Johnson (lead vocals, guitar) and Chase Knobbe (guitar). The duo
began playing house shows with an acoustic folk-punk sound, releasing their
debut EP Constant Headache in March 2010. The band's lineup expanded to include
bassist Matt Ebert and drummer Kurt Walcher in 2009, leading to the release of
their self-titled debut album in January 2011 through indie label 6131 Records.
