John Mayer Trio, formed in Los Angeles, California in 2005, is an American blues
rock group composed of guitarist and vocalist John Mayer, bassist Pino
Palladino, and drummer Steve Jordan. The trio emerged from a spontaneous
collaboration during a telethon, leading to a chemistry that prompted the
official formation. Their breakthrough came with the live album Try! released on
22 November 2005, which featured tracks such as “Good Love Is On The Way”,
