by Dwid Hellion, Aaron Melnick, and Tony “Chubby Fresh” Pines. The band's early
work included demo recordings in the late 1980s and their debut album Those Who
Fear Tomorrow (1991), which laid the groundwork for the metalcore genre by
blending hardcore punk with heavy metal influences. Integrity released several
influential albums, including Systems Overload (1996), Seasons in the Size of
