I Mother Earth, a Canadian rock band from Toronto, Ontario, formed in 1990 when
brothers Christian and Jagori Tanna met singer Edwin. The group initially went
by IME but later changed their name to I Mother Earth. In 1992, they traveled to
Los Angeles to record their debut album Dig with producer Mike Clink. The album,
released in August 1993, featured the singles "Rain Will Fall" and "Not Quite
Sonic" and won a Juno Award for "Best Hard Rock Album" in 1994. Their second
