I AM THEY are a Christian pop/rock band based in Nashville and known for upbeat
pop-friendly tunes blended with hints of Americana in their instrumentation. As
of 2019 the line-up consists of Jon McConnell, Matthew Hein, Abbie Parker,
Justin Shinn and Nicole Hickman.
They started out as a one-time deal - a group that came together as part of a
worship ministry called 'Solomon's Porch' in 2008. It turned into a regular
