Chen Jia-wei, known professionally as HUSH, was born on 15 January 1985 in
Taiwan and emerged as a singer-songwriter in the Mandopop scene. After studying
philosophy at Fu Jen Catholic University, he joined the pop music club and later
the guitar club, which sparked his interest in guitar and songwriting. HUSH
signed with HIM International Music in 2009 but initially struggled to sell
