Houston Person
Houston Person is a highly regarded American jazz saxophonist who has
collaborated with a great many top artists since his recording debut,
'Underground Soul', in 1966. Born in South Carolina, he studied music as a child
and played in a band while serving with the United States Air Force.
He appears on more than 75 albums including dozens as leader such as 'Soul
Dance!' (1968); 'Houston Express' (1970); 'Pure Pleasure' (1976); 'Suspicions'
