Carl Eugene Lilly Jr. (born 11 March 1983 in San Jose), known professionally as Gudda Gudda, is an American rapper and songwriter based in New Orleans. After befriending Lil Wayne as a child, he joined the group Sqad Up with rappers Kidd Kidd and Dizzy, appearing on seven mixtapes between 2002 and 2003. In 2005, he became one of the first artists signed to Young Money Entertainment. Lilly gained significant recognition for his performance on the 2009 single "BedRock", which reached number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
