Sam Duckworth, born on January 30, 1986, in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, United
Kingdom, is a British musician known by his stage name Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly.
Duckworth began his music career playing gigs with punk rock band Silverskin and
as Get Cape. In March 2006, he was signed to Atlantic Records. His debut EP Get
Cape. Wear Cape. Fly was released in 2005, followed by the single "Call Me
Ishmael" in June of the same year. Duckworth's debut album, The Chronicles of a
Bohemian Teenager, was released in September 2006 and reached number 26 on the
